We want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all Audien Hearing apparel and accessories. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and brand tags are intact to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
